Coordinating with Japanese insurances
Job Descriptions
Booking consultation for Japanese customers
Coordinating with each floor’s receptionist to help customers
Interpreting consultations, examinations
Translating medical documents for customers
Coordinating Japanese medical insurances
Contacting Japanese publications
Coordinating PSA, Health-check contracts for Japanese companies
Answering and supporting Japanese customers requests
Maintain relationship with Japanese clients (visiting, phone calling, sending letters, etc.)
Prospecting Japanese market
Maintain and update database of Japanese clients
On-call emergency interpreting

Requirements
Japanese expatriate: fluent Vietnamese and/ or English
Vietnamese citizen: fluent Japanese. English and/ or French is a plus
